When Manish Fichadiya approached TUD Spaces, he wasn’t looking for a show home.
He wanted a space that felt calm after a long day. A home that looked refined, but lived comfortably.

The goal was simple, create a modern 3BHK that feels warm, organised, and effortlessly elegant.

Understanding the Lifestyle

Before design, we focused on conversations.

How does he start his mornings?
Does he host often?
What makes a space feel peaceful to him?

This helped us design not just rooms, but experiences within each room.

Design Direction

We followed a clean, modern aesthetic layered with warmth:

• Neutral colour palette with soft textures

• Smart, concealed storage to maintain openness

• Layered lighting to create mood shifts from day to night

• Premium finishes that are elegant yet durable

• Balanced proportions to keep the home breathable

Every design decision was intentional. Nothing excessive. Nothing overpowering.

The Living Experience

The living area was crafted to feel open and welcoming, perfect for conversations without feeling overwhelming.

Bedrooms were designed as quiet retreats, minimal, soft, and calming.

The kitchen blends efficiency with understated elegance, making everyday functionality feel seamless.

The Result

What was once a standard apartment layout is now a thoughtfully designed home that reflects Manish’s personality, composed, refined, and practical.
