The Vision

Some homes are designed around space.
This one was designed around personality.

When Rajiv Mundra met us, he was clear about one thing, he didn’t want a “standard 3BHK interior.”

He wanted character.
Layers.
Moments that felt intentional.

The brief wasn’t minimal.
It wasn’t maximal either.

It was about balance between bold and subtle.

Designing with Intention

Instead of starting with colors, we started with mood.

We defined how each space should feel:

• The living room – refined yet welcoming

• The dining – warm and conversational

• The bedrooms – personal and expressive

• The kitchen – sleek and highly functional

Materials were chosen carefully. Textures were layered softly. Lighting was planned as an experience, not just illumination.

Nothing loud. But nothing ordinary.

The Living Experience

The living area anchors the home.

Structured furniture silhouettes. Statement wall treatments.
Soft indirect lighting creating depth in the evenings.

The dining space flows seamlessly, connected, yet defined.

In the master bedroom, we introduced subtle contrast, muted tones paired with textured panels.

The additional bedrooms reflect individuality, each tailored without breaking the overall language of the house.

The Details

In a 3BHK, the difference lies in detailing.

Handle profiles were chosen with precision.
Storage was integrated without interrupting design lines.
False ceiling layouts enhance proportion rather than overpower it.

Even circulation areas were treated thoughtfully, because design doesn’t stop at main rooms.

The Outcome

Rajiv’s home today feels cohesive.

It doesn’t shout for attention. It holds presence quietly.

It’s layered. It’s mature. It feels lived-in from day one.

This project wasn’t about filling space.
It was about shaping it, deliberately.
