The Intent

The sample house at Silver Gardenia wasn’t designed for one family.
It was designed for many dreams.

The goal was to create a space where every visitor could walk in and say,
“I can see myself living here.”

It had to feel aspirational, but still relatable.
Premium, but not intimidating.

Understanding the Space

Since this was a model home, functionality and flow were critical.

Every corner needed to:

• Showcase smart space utilisation

• Highlight design possibilities within a 3BHK layout

• Feel open, bright, and welcoming

• Appeal to a wide range of tastes

The design had to speak to young couples, growing families, and modern homeowners, all at once.

We chose a modern, timeless aesthetic that enhances the architecture without overpowering it.

• Soft neutral base palette for universal appeal

• Statement elements to elevate the visual experience

• Layered lighting to create warmth and dimension

• Thoughtfully integrated storage solutions

• Premium finishes that reflect quality living

Each room was styled to demonstrate both beauty and practicality, so visitors could experience not just design, but daily life within the space.

The Experience
